Handmade Paper Workshop: Transforming Pulp into Art

Handmade Paper Workshop: Transforming Pulp into Art - Aug 29
$55.00

Slow down and reconnect with the creative process through the art of handmade paper.

August 29th - 4-6 pm

Ages 18+

In this immersive workshop, artist Dani Pugel will introduce participants to the fundamentals of papermaking, from preparing pulp to forming and pressing handmade sheets. Participants will have opportunities to incorporate texture, botanicals, and other creative elements into their work while learning about the history and possibilities of this unique art form.

Because of the hands-on nature of papermaking, workshop size is intentionally limited to allow for individual guidance and ample workspace.

Participants will leave with several handmade paper creations and the knowledge needed to continue exploring the process independently.

All materials are included.

Instructor: Dani Pugel

Space is limited.

In Process workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly and process-focused. Come as you are. No artistic experience required.
