IN PROCESS WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for a workshop at In Process, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Registration & Payment
• Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
• Workshop fees are non-transferable without prior approval from In Process.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise noted in the workshop description.

Cancellation Policy

Because workshop preparation, instructor compensation, and materials are planned in advance, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.

• If you cancel 7 or more days before the workshop, you will receive a credit for the full registration amount to be used toward a future In Process workshop or event.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• If In Process cancels a workshop for any reason, participants will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.

Participation & Safety
• I understand that workshops may involve the use of art materials, tools, and equipment.
• I agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff.
• I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for working within my own physical abilities and limitations.
• I will immediately notify staff of any injury, concern, or unsafe condition.

Community Expectations
• In Process is a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful creative community.
• Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or disruption of the experience of others will not be tolerated.
• In Process reserves the right to remove participants from a workshop without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.

Photography & Marketing
• Photographs or video may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional and educational purposes.
• By attending, I grant permission for In Process to use photographs or video in which I may appear.
• If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify staff upon arrival and reasonable efforts will be made to honor that request.

Liability Waiver
• I understand that participation in creative activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, stains, allergic reactions, slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless In Process, Common Archetype, Art of the Heart, LLC, AJ Properties & Rental, LLC, instructors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
