Want to work with fabric but don’t like sewing? Have a bunch of fabric scraps? Kinusaiga might eb your new found hobby!
Discover the Japanese art of kinusaiga, a no-sew technique that transforms colorful fabric into textured works of art. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to tuck fabric into pre-cut grooves to create a beautiful, quilt-like design.
Choose from four designs: a colorful butterfly, a curious cat, a bright red cardinal, or a cozy winter forest. Then bring your piece to life by selecting fabrics, experimenting with colors and patterns, and fitting each piece into place.
Whether you're drawn to fiber arts, love a good handmade holiday gift, or simply want to try something new, this workshop offers a relaxing and satisfying creative experience.
No sewing or previous experience necessary. All supplies included. You'll leave with your own finished fabric artwork, ready to display or gift!
